This is achieved through the creation of improved programs, and new opportunities for improving the health and socioeconomic status of the target populations: education; job placement; retention in care and treatment services; achieving wellness and graduate/referral to appropriate services (health, legal, social and protection services not provided by the organization); and preparation for self-sustainability.
