The Advancing Partners & Communities (APC) project invites qualified local organizations with at least four years’ experience working in HIV and AIDS with men who have sex with men, transgender people, and sex workers and their clients to submit applications to deliver effective HIV prevention, testing, and care services for these key populations (KP). The goal of these awards is to support activities that are evidence-based, cost-effective, and specifically tailored to reduce HIV infection and transmission, identify KP living with HIV, link them to care and treatment, and retain them in care. Activities are geared to support the national HIV response and PEPFAR priorities in Guyana.
