FACT provides care and support services to sex workers, transgendered individuals and men who have sex with men, and retains these clients in care, helping them to achieve wellness and graduate into independent individuals. This is achieved through the creation of improved programs, and new opportunities for improving the health and socioeconomic status of the target populations: education; job placement; retention in care and treatment services; achieving wellness and graduate/referral to appropriate services (health, legal, social and protection services not provided by the organization); and preparation for self-sustainability.
